Confused to Clarity coaching program through Soul Fire Lighter makes no guarantees of results either financially, physically or mentally. Participants results may vary and dependent on the work and effort they put forth and upon their individual circumstances.
Confused to Clarity Coaching program is designed to facilitate the development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
The purpose of the coaching relationship is to support the coachee to achieve their goals. Coaching is a non-therapeutic intervention intended for coachees who wish to enhance their performance or improve their work or personal situation.
Coachee’s Responsibilities:
- To attend coaching sessions as agreed (12 weekly, 1 hour sessions via Zoom)
- To set and pursue meaningful goals
- Sharing honest information about yourself/business
- To do homework as assigned from weekly coaching sessions
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled by either the coachee or the coach with 24 hour notice, subject to availability.
Due to the nature of these services, no refunds are offered.

Soul Fire Lighter, Jennie Whiting and any guest contributors are not medical healthcare professionals. Reiki, energy healing, home energy clearings, coaching, meditation and any other services offered, are not substitutes for medical care, medical treatment, counseling or therapy. In Soul Fire Lighter’s services, sessions or written word, there isn’t any diagnosis, nor recommendations for care, nor prescribing. Soul Fire Lighter and it’s employees do not treat medical or psychological concerns. It’s important to seek a medical professional for medical concerns and a counseling professional for psychological concerns. Soul Fire Lighter and its employees do support the bodies/minds own innate healing mechanisms.
As a Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practitioner, I am not licensed, certified or registered by the state of Colorado as a health care professional. I am not a licensed medical physician and do not diagnose, treat or prescribe remedies for the treatment of disease. The services I perform, whether in person, by mail or by phone, are at all times restricted to complementary and alternative health care services intended for the maintenance of the best possible state of general well-being. I am prohibited from performing surgery or any invasive procedure, administer or prescribe x-ray radiation, prescribe prescription drugs, use general or spinal anesthetics, administer ionizing radioactive substances, use a laser device that punctures the skin, perform enemas/colonics unless board certified, practice midwifery, practice psychotherapy, perform spinal manipulation, practice optometry, directly administer medical protocols to a pregnant woman or a person who has cancer, practice dentistry, set fractures, practice massage therapy, provide a conventional medical disease diagnosis or recommend the discontinuation of a course of care recommended by a health care professional. I am also prohibited from treating children less than two years of age. In order to treat a child who is between 2-8 years of age, I must have a written, signed consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian.
